Shipping Policy

By processing your payment and completing an order with us, you accept the that all orders are packed and shipped within 72 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Standard Shipping

  • Delivery in 4 - 10 business days from shipment. 
  • All of our orders are shipped using Standard Shipping. Please check your order status to determine your courier and tracking information.

Lost or Missing Parcels

Naturally Alleviated cannot take responsibility for any parcels that have gone missing, been stolen, or been delivered incorrectly. Unfortunately, once the parcel has left our business' warehouse it is the responsibility of there Courier and any further disputes must be settled with them.

As the sender, upon your request, we can contact the Shipping Provider on your behalf to lodge an investigation. However as the outcome is stipulated by the Shipping Provider and not Naturally Alleviated, we cannot change or be held liable for the result of the investigation and/or the missing parcel.
